Visit Eau Claire invests in projects, events, and creative ideas that strengthen our community and enhance the Eau Claire area as a destination. Through two distinct grant programs — Tourism and Cultural Arts — Visit Eau Claire supports initiatives that generate visitation, inspire creativity, and contribute to the vibrancy of our region.
Note: The current grant programs are operating as pilot initiatives for the April application cycle while Visit Eau Claire evaluates and refines its funding approach. Updates or adjustments may be introduced ahead of the November cycle.

What Grant Support Looks Like in Action!

From large-scale visitor experiences like Ride Across Wisconsin and the Chippewa Valley Airshow to cultural celebrations including Hmong New Year and the Clearwater Art & Jazz Festival, Visit Eau Claire grants have helped support events and creative projects that strengthen community vibrancy and welcome visitors to the region.
Grant Cycles & Deadlines
Both grant programs operate on the same annual cycle and follow the same application review process. The event date must occur a minimum 45 days after the respective April 15 and November 15 grant cycle dates.
April 15 Cycle
(for events occurring July 1-December 31)

| May | Visit Eau Claire Board of Directors approval of grant awards |
| June | Notification of grant application decisions |
| Disbursement | Funding disbursement occurs after the submission of a final event evaluation report |
November 15 Cycle
(for events occurring January 1-June 30)
