Pinehurst Park

As Eau Claire's hub for all things winter, Pinehurst Park is your prime destination for a game of Kubb this winter! With plenty of open yard at the bottom of the sledding hills, the park has plenty of places to have an entire Kubb tournament going this winter. Kubb sets can be rented at no cost through Gear Share at Pinehurst Park, or you're welcome to set up your own sets in the snow. Break up your tournament play by hitting the sledding hills, taking the snowshoe trails, or skating on the rink at Pinehurst Park! Carson Park

While Carson Park is a baseball and football destination in the warmer months, the park is also the ideal place to play a game of Kubb this winter. With over 100 acres of space to spread out amongst the trees, you can take your pick by setting up a game of Kubb in Braun's Bay, near the playground, near the Chippewa Valley Museum, or next to Half Moon Lake. Maybe end a day of ice fishing on Half Moon Lake with a friendly game of Kubb in the park?

Owen Park

Set up your next Kubb game at Owen Park, an epic space between downtown Eau Claire and UW-Eau Claire. This park is located along the banks of the Chippewa River, with the Chippewa River State Trail passing through. The Eau Claire Winter Route also passes through the park, which is plowed with high-priority after snow falls to encourage outside activity, even in the winter months! Play Kubb amongst the giant pine trees in Owen Park, and make it an entire outdoors-focused winter day in Eau Claire!
