Viennese Ball

The annual Viennese Ball at UW-Eau Claire is an extravagant and elegant party for you and your dancing party! The 50th Viennese Ball takes place April 4-5, 2025, at the Davies Center. This event was inspired by the historic Kaiser Ball in Vienna at the Hofburg Congress Center, the former Imperial Palace, and seat of Austrian emperors. Eau Claire's Viennese Ball brings the Waltz, polka, and swing dancing experiences to the region, as well as big bands, rich food, and formal ballroom attire. Gatsby's Gala

Trot back to the 1920s at the Gatsby's Gala in Eau Claire, another annual dancing celebration! The event is decked out with dramatic big bands, exceptional ballroom decor, and dancers dressed in iconic black-tie attire. Gatsby's Gala was brought to life to promote and culture of jazz music and support fundraising for the UW-Eau Claire Jazz Studies scholarship program. Dance and party with cocktails, a specially prepared dinner, and incredible jazz performances throughout the evening. This event typically takes place in early November at the Davies Center at UW-Eau Claire– stay tuned for the 2025 date to be announced!
