The Wellness Shack’s mission is to help any adult living with mental illness in the Eau Claire area achieve wellness, stability and fullness of life. It provides a sanctuary environment, with individual and group peer support. Volunteers are needed to engage members in conversation and utilize active listening skills as necessary to help members become more aware of mental health recovery and the services we provide. Volunteers are also needed to lead organized groups in activities such as arts & crafts and jewelry making/beading. Volunteers with experience in business, community building, and accounting are needed on our Board of Directors.
