The Brewing Projekt's TapRoom is a gathering place for friends, families, and strangers who are on the hunt for fresh, interesting, and innovative beers. Regularly you'll find "pilot" beers or "projekt" beers they're working on to refine for full production or just some goofy idea we decided to give a shot. The official motto is "Work worth doing, beer worth brewing" and the unofficial motto is... Well, it isn't exactly family friendly. That said, the TapRoom IS family- and dog-friendly, as long as they're both well behaved.
