The L.E. Phillips Senior Center provides a place for senior citizens 50 and better who reside in the city or county of Eau Claire to maintain independence, receive services and develop skills, which enhance the emotional, physical and social quality of their lives. The center uses volunteers in many aspects—greeters, computer instructors, board members, special event helpers, kitchen staff and group leaders.
