Most people know this 75-acre park as the home of Fairfax swimming pool, but there’s fun to be had here in the cold months, too. Each winter the city grooms a 1.7 mile flat cross-country ski trail for both classic and skate skiing. Singletrack trails through the woods are open to snowshoers. Access the trail on the north side of the park near Golf Road, entry is free.
