Eau Claire County Restorative Justice

The Eau Claire County Restorative Justice Program is dedicated to building a safer community by discouraging crime, restoring victim well-being, and emphasizing direct offender accountability. Be an accountability mentor and meet weekly with juvenile offenders aged 12-17 to identify and develop strengths, set personal goals and improve critical thinking skills. Mentors promote empathy and help kids identify and repair harm caused by negative choices. Meetings take place once a week at school during study hall. This position requires a one year commitment.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
