The Eau Claire County Medical Reserve Corps provides all-hazards support to emergency responders and the public health system by identifying, organizing and training medical and non-medical volunteers to assist during emergency and non-emergency events. Volunteers can become trained in Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) framework, and cardio-resuscitation (CPR).
