CHIP is a community coalition that serves as a catalyst for the enhancement of community health and quality of life for the residents of Chippewa County through educational and prevention initiatives. Our Mission is to "Collaborate to create a community where all people in Chippewa County have the resources, guidance, and support to be their healthiest selves."  CHIP has three Action Teams - Chronic Disease Prevention, Mental Health, and Voices in Prevention (currently focused on alcohol misuse and vaping) - as well as a Health Equity Advocacy Team.
