Digital Device Inventory and Customer Service

We are seeking dedicated community volunteers to help manage, prepare, and distribute digital devices through our Digital Access program. Volunteers will assist with inspecting and updating donated or refurbished laptops and Chromebooks, organizing and tracking inventory, and providing friendly, in-person service to community members picking up their devices. Responsibilities may also include helping with distribution logistics, maintaining organized storage, and participating in occasional community events or trainings. Volunteers with technical skills may have the opportunity to offer basic IT troubleshooting to clients. This role directly supports our mission to provide equitable digital access to individuals and families in need.
