“Live each day as if it’s your last." These are the words of Lakken. Lakken is a 21-year-old who is battling cancer for the second time. Despite battling brain cancer at ten, she's fighting this high-grade glioma with the same determination. 

In the spirit of embracing every day, we partnered with Austin Bower, a local videographer, to give Lakken and Luke “the best day ever” in Eau Claire with help from local businesses and artists. The day was filled with laughter and fun, which wouldn’t have been possible without Lakken and Luke’s unwavering positivity.
