artFULL Eau Claire is an initiative through which we collaborate with others to further celebrate, create and engage the Arts in Eau Claire. It is an overarching phrase to describe all of the creative things happening in the Eau Claire community. This project is spearheaded by the Eau Claire Public Arts Council with support from Pablo Center at the Confluence, Visit Eau Claire, and Downtown Eau Claire, Inc.
