Eau Claire Water Sports
All rivers lead to Eau Claire, and we know how to use them. There's never a time in the summer that you won't find dozens of tubers and kayakers enjoying the day on the Chippewa River Water Trail. If there's a better way to spend a hot summer day, we can't think of it. Make sure you don't forget the sunscreen, or the cooler full of nice, cold beverages.
If you're not feeling a day on the river, there's also plenty of lake access in the area. You can fish or just hang out on the beach at Half Moon Lake or enjoy a day on the boat on Lake Altoona.
