This workshop is designed for those new to yoga that are looking to set solid groundwork to grow their practice. They'll discuss an array of topics such as: what to expect in a yoga class, typical class structure, types of yoga, breathing, and meditation. They'll also be practicing yoga poses and flow for a portion of the class. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing.
If desired, please bring a notepad and pen. Yoga mats will be available for use if you do not have your own.
