Are your kids fascinated by snot, farts and other impolite bodily functions? Join us for a morning devoted to gross science as we dive into the ickiest parts of the human body and learn why they’re actually important for keeping us healthy. Thanks to our friends at Mayo Clinic Health System, our activities include: Blood biology, Pig lungs, Glow-in-the-dark germ demonstration (hand-washing demo), The great egg drop (benefits of wearing a helmet), Digestion junction, and more.
The event is free with a children’s museum membership or paid admission and is offered in tandem with the Wisconsin Science Festival. For more information or questions, call The Children’s Museum of Eau Claire at 715-832-5437.
