This class is designed to introduce children to the basics of yoga in a fun and exciting way whether they are a first-time yogi or have previous experience. Modifications will always be provided so every child will feel comfortable learning new skills or expanding their knowledge of yoga poses in a fun, relaxed setting.Pre-registration can be done online or at the Altoona Parks & Recreation Office. Â
