It usually starts with a Guided Imagery Meditation to help you relax. Then frequencies of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal Pyramids, 2 different sets of tuning forks, Gongs, a Handpan drum, Tongue drum, an Ocean drum, Rain Stick, Chimes, Tingshas, Bell, Native American drums and rattle, and more -- with LIVE Native American Flute at the end.
