Chef Michelle's happy place is making soup, and in this class you'll learn how to pair summer soups with wines. While you cook, Michelle will give you various soup-making tips and suggest fun ways to top your soup. She'll also offer tips for how to make your own stock at home with things you would usually compost or toss in the garbage, and how to convert almost any soup recipe to make it plant based.
Appetizer: Sweet Street Corn Soup with queso fresco, cilantro, and red pepper coulis: Paired with Chardonnay
Entree: A fan favorite: Carrot Coconut Lime with toasted chickpea and cumin yogurt: Paired with Sauvignon Blanc
Dessert: Chilled Peach with fresh made goat cheese and house crouton: Paired with Rosé
Beer and Wine will be available for purchase. All class participants must be 21 or older.
