Restorative Yoga

• Price: Included for L44 members; $20 non members

This class is designed to create a peaceful & rejuvenated state of mind, body and spirit. You'll guided into four to five restorative yoga poses while resting on the back or side. Poses are fully supported by props and are practiced passively for 10 to 15 minutes each. Accessible to all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary. 
Comfortable layered clothes and socks encouraged.
