Restorative Yoga Pop-Up with Sara Martin

This class is designed to create a peaceful and rejuvenated state of mind, body and spirit. Participants will be guided into four to five restorative yoga poses while resting on the back or side. Poses are supported by props and are practiced passively for 10 to 15 minutes each. This class is accessible to all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Dress cozy - even PJs and socks.
