The On-Site Coordinator assists teams in meal preparation, service, and cleaning.
Specific Duties Include:
1. Ensure that all who enter The Community Table enjoy a safe and pleasant environment and are treated with dignity and respect.
2. Present a positive and professional image of The Community Table.
3. Provide hospitality to guests and provide referrals to guests as needed.
4. Serve as supervisor and facilitator for teams, including ensuring that volunteer team leaders receive and understand the menu and assistance with preparation and service of meal.
5. Supervise community service workers.
6. Maintain security and cleanliness of facilities.
7. Communicate issues and events with the Director and other staff.
8. Attend staff meetings as requested.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager, Executive Director, or the Board.
10. Occasionally lifting of up to 40 lbs.
11. Ability to stand for up to five hours at a time.
This is a paid part-time position. Looking for weekdays 9 am to 2pm
