Plated Course – Classic Waldorf à la Russe Salad

Plated Course – King George’s Roast Beef with Black Truffle Sauce
Red wine–braised pot roast with a luxurious truffle sauce, creamed parsnips and potatoes, and glazed carrots

Blueberry tea cake with Chantilly cream and fresh berries
