Doors open at 5:30pm for cocktail hour, with the dinner beginning at 6pm. At this community dining event, you may not be seated next to others you come with. 

MENU:

1st Course: Shaved potato "medley" of chips / roasted ramp dip/ crostini / green pea whipped goat cheese

2nd Course: Vegetarian Spring Minestrone Soup w/Pecorino cheese

3rd Course: Asparagus / lentil / greens/ radish/ roasted potato/ soft boiled egg / peppered goat cheese/ dijon vinaigrette

4th Course (Entree): Orzo/ greens/ roasted ramps/ mushrooms/ cream with garlic chili crunch lamb and pork meatballs OR Lemon pepper tofu

5th Course (Dessert): Strawberry Rhubarb compote / vanilla bean whip/ lemon pound cake
