First Annual Clear Water Classic
- Dates: July 1, 2022
- Time: 5:00 PM
This go-at-your-own-pace/start-whenever community ride that begins and ends at Lowes Creek County Park will take riders (or runners!) of all abilities around the Eau Claire community to capture photos of some of our city's most iconic landmarks, from the Pablo Center and Hank Aaron statue to local breweries like Modicum, The Growler Guys and the Brewing Projekt, to our amazing local sports shops like Shift Cyclery and Coffee Bar and Blue Ox Running. You'll not only experience the cycling infrastructure that makes Eau Claire the envy of Midwest bike towns but the great local businesses (and the awesome humans that run them) and attractions that beckon us out to the paths. Once you've finished your ride through town, head back to the Lowes Creek lot on the Expo Center side to pick up some delicious pizza from Firetruck Pizza and a beer or two at our beer tent (one free beer token available to any paid Virtual or In-Person registrants), and settle in for some live music (more details to come). Nothing like some Summer block party vibes to welcome the holiday weekend! Learn more about this new event here.
