Chippewa Valley Collectors Con 2026

Chippewa Valley Collectors Con is a three-day collectibles convention returning to The Lismore Hotel in Eau Claire, March 13-15, 2026. Now in its second year, the event features special guests (voice actors, NFL legends, and entertainment figures), gaming tournaments with local shops, and a full vendor floor spanning two ballrooms. A portion of the proceeds benefits Hope Gospel Mission.

We're looking for approximately 35 volunteers across a variety of roles:

— Admissions (payment processing, wristbands, goodie bag distribution)
— Room and line monitors
— Guest merchandise sales
— Vendor and volunteer hospitality
— Runners and general event support
— Volunteer coordination and leadership positions

Shifts are mostly 4-hour blocks across all three days:
— Friday, March 13: 10 AM-2 PM, 2-6 PM, 4-8 PM
— Saturday, March 14: 8 AM-12 PM, 12-4 PM, 3-7 PM
— Sunday, March 15: 9 AM-1 PM, 1-5 PM

All volunteers receive free convention entry and access to our volunteer hospitality area. We're happy to provide documentation for service-learning or credit for students. Multiple shifts welcome!
