Yin & Reiki is a combination of stretching it out and inviting ease and openness into the body. This class focuses on deep stretches of the fascia and connective tissue.  Flexibility is NOT a prerequisite.  The selected postures and combination of energetic support assist in relieving stress, building joint strength, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and the flow of energy.
