The Altoona Frosty Fun Series is back and the first event is a virtual snowman building contest! Participants (18 years and younger) will have from January 1st - 22nd to build and enter their snowman. Registration online through Altoona Parks & Recreation is required and can take place anytime while the contest is occurring. An email with contest details will be sent to all registered participants.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st - 3rd place winners.
