Aerial Yoga with Alli

Combining yoga poses, aerial arts, and body awareness using a soft hammock suspended from two ceiling points. All levels welcome. The hammock supports your body, allowing for deeper stretches, gentle inversions, and improved balance with less strain on joints. Beginner-friendly, low-impact & confidence-building.
