South Barstow Adopt-a-Planter Program
You're invited to participate in the inaugural year of the South Barstow Adopt-a-Planter Program! Beginning in 2023, the program aims to add more color to the downtown streetscape by providing businesses with a beautiful and welcoming arrangement of seasonal flowers and foliage.
Planter design and maintenance will be performed on a regular basis by Lily Beez Gardens who is contracted through the South Barstow BID (Business Improvement District). This means your business won't have to lift a finger to keep your planter(s) looking top-notch.
The South Barstow BID is confident that this program will enhance the experience of patrons enjoying downtown while providing your business with some great curb appeal.
To jumpstart the program, DECI has awarded the South Barstow BID a $2,000 Downtown Enhancement Grant to help cover initial costs of getting the program up and running.

Annual Renewal Fee (begins on second consecutive year of sponsorship): $180

- 1 - Extra Large Weatherproof Planter (41" x 36")
- 3 - Seasonal Floral Arrangements (Spring/Summer, Fall, Winter)
- 1- Complimentary Sponsorship Plaque (with business name, logo, sponsorship year)
- 1st year planter maintenance at no cost ($300 value)
- Premium Planter Placement (high visibility locations, downtown intersections)
