Do social media posts of people’s dinners make you drool? Do you love Food Network?

Do you want to be the first to experience cutting edge cuisine? Join fellow gourmands for the first annual Chippewa Valley Restaurant Week!

From September 15 – 24, local restaurants will feature the best of their best!  Specialty menus, delectable treats, and multiple course meals show off the creativity of local chefs and restaurateurs. Here’s why you should participate.

Try something new!

Many of the featured menus have an appetizer option, entrée option and dessert option for one price.  Some of the menus feature food for two!  These choices allow for new experiences with food.  If you’ve been tempted to try something new but nervous about whether it will be good, here’s the opportunity to spread your wings and try many menu options! These trained and experienced chefs have put together menus that show off their best stuff – no room for rookies here!  You’re in good hands. Go for it!

Experience big city food with local comfort and prices.

Prices for these mix and match menus range from $15 - $50. A three-course meal from a specialty menu in a bigger city will normally cost from $50-$100! Take advantage of the Valley’s low cost of living while trying big city food like Mushroom Mornay at Houligan’s, Tea-Smoked Salad at the Informalist, or Avocado Egg Rolls at Cowboy Jacks.

You can win prizes!

To qualify for a trip to Mexico, visit 10 different restaurants throughout the 10 days of the event. Each featured restaurant will have a passport available to start your journey. Get a stamp and a signature from Management and turn in your passport to the Local Store by November 15, 2017. By getting 5 different stamps, you qualify to win a $250 restaurant gift card!! Love social media? Use the hashtag #CVRestaurantWeek to be entered into a DAILY $25 gift card giveaway.

This is a no brainer, folks!  Good food for a good price at good local businesses. To get more information on each special menu and a list of participating restaurants, visit chippewavalleyrestaurantweek.com.
