EAU CLAIRE, Wis. -- Eau Claire has been ranked among the 100 most livable cities in America.
The website, livability.com, ranked the city number 59 among the list of small to mid-sized cities. It says Eau Claire has a thriving music scene and notes how four colleges serve the community.
