- 5:00 PM Category: Media. The Eau Claire County EXPO Center will be the site of the first Chippewa Valley Sustainable Future Festival. This festival will focus on educating people about creating a more sustainable lifestyle. Featured at this event will be presentations on gardening, energy and water conservation, alternative energy, food systems, and other sustainable living practices. There will be a rain barrel making workshop, an Eau Claire Area Master Gardener volunteer plant sale, and a kids' activity tent.
