- 10:45 AM Preschool Storytime is held on Tuesdays at 10:15 AM and repeated at 11:00 AM in the Youth Services Program Room of the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library. This program is for preschool-age children who are able to sit through longer stories and participate in more advanced activities. Preschool Storytime will feature stories, songs, rhymes, and movement activities. Children four and up may attend alone, however, the parent or caregiver must remain in the library and pick up the child immediately following the program. There is no cost for the program.
