Chef Nicolas Wiener has spent his culinary career in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants across the country, together with Owner/manager Jack Schulte, they have been inspired to open a gourmet sandwich shop serving artisan style sandwiches, salads and soups as well as Pub style entrée’s.
The Public House uses the freshest ingredients to create healthy, excellent food from scratch. The Public House features house cured and smoked meats, fresh bakery items, housemade pickles, made from scratch soups and dressings.
The Public House also has excellent catering services!
They have on site facilities to host your special occasion events of up to 40 guests and we cater a wide variety of off-site events as well for groups of up to 600 guests. With flexible options The Public House can come to your home, office or reception venue to impress your guests with a customized menu or choose from one of our chef inspired features. Unique to the Public House, they have one of the only full service mobile kitchens in the area and can accommodate weddings or social functions of up to 600 guests.
You are always welcome to come for a beer or glass of wine after work and sample some of their items on their Happy Hour menu. The atmosphere is comfortable, the flavors are exquisite and their appreciation for their customers is unwavering.
