Hotels/Lodging After a long day of biking, you'll find wonderful lodging available for a great night's rest. The Best Western Trail Lodge is located just steps away from the Chippewa River State Trail and numerous other hotels are within riding distance.
Restaurants There are a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops near the area bike trails. Stop by before or after experiencing the trails of the Chippewa Valley!
If you are looking for great bike sales & service - stay in Water Street area. All three of the shops down there are locally owned and have been servicing the community for 30 years. Big box out-of-staters may have an exciting draw, but with the exception of providing some local jobs and rent money (to mainly out of state land owners), they are still out of state owned business where most profits are kept, well, out of state. Big box stores may have better retail hours and a fairly convenient locations for the most part, but lets take the effort to adjust our schedule and drive that extra five minutes and keep our local shops a-float since they keep us a-pedal!

Eau Claire Bike & Sport is the best bike shop in Eau Claire. Their small adult staff is more knowledgeable than the others and their prices are far better than the others. Terry is always willing to bend over backwards to make every customer ride away happy.

Anybody's Bike Shop is THE BEST! I took my little sister for a bike ride on the Eau Claire city trail last summer, and her brakes went out. We walked into Anybody's Bike Shop and were greeted with friendly smiles and helpful service. Turns out the wires just needed a little tweeking, but they fixed it for free and we were able to enjoy the rest of our ride in safety. Thanks guys!! :)

Eric at Anybody's Bike Shop is extremely helpful in helping you pick out bikes for the trail and even let's you take bikes from his shop on a "test drive" before purchasing them, which I feel is true customer service.
