During May, Andrew and Arianna were in the Doll and Pet parade in downtown EC.  The theme was characters from movies so Andrew was a pirate and Arianna was Belle.  Andrew came in first and got a tent which was very exciting for him!  It was a very nice parade with cute kids and pets and great bands.  Arianna went with her girl scout troop to Trinity Equestrian Center and had a blast.  This is such a nice place and they did a great job with the girls - wagon ride, arts and crafts, and of course riding on horses!  Another fun scout activity brought us to Hoffy's Skate America where a ton of kids skated and scootered.  Arianna came in second in a scooter race and was thrilled!  Arianna visited Carson Park and the Eau Claire public library for a school field trip.  She loved playing on the equipment at the park and enjoyed checking out books at the library.  The library has a very nicely remodeled kid's area.  Andrew had a wonderful time at a birthday party at Chaos and Action City - always a treat for kids!  We attended the Memorial Day parade which was very nice and the day was gorgeous.  The biggest highlight for our family this month was watching Arianna dance her heart out at the Diamond School of Dance recital at the State Theatre.  All of the kids and Miss Alicia did an amazing job!!!  So with parades, the park, library, roller skating, horseback riding, water park and amusement center, and dancing we stayed very busy in Eau Claire!
