Three friends in flux…..On a Thursday night after a “grueling” workout at Gold’s Gym, Carla, Brenda and I (Kalli), decided to get a post-workout drink. The obvious choice was the Metropolis Resort for a Flirtini Martini! While at the Metropolis, we ran into Linda John and a few others from Visit Eau Claire. We started talking about life and that the three of us are at major transition points in our lives and how doing things with our girlfriends helps to keep things in perspective. The idea to have a Girl’s Getaway weekend was suggested and the planning process began!
