Chippewa County Scenic Drives include; Highway 178 north, out of Chippewa Falls to Cornell, following the Chippewa River, and Highway 27 north from Cadott to Lake Holcombe. For a scenic hike, walk the Old Abe State Trail, which winds through Lake Wissota State Park. |
Dunn County Scenic drives include; Highway 29 east of Menomonie to Chippewa Falls, and Highway 25 south to Durand. For a scenic hike, walk the Red Cedar State Trail which follows the Red Cedar River. |

Eau Claire County Scenic drives include; Highway 12 east of Eau Claire to Augusta, Highway 93 south of Eau Claire to La Crosse, Highway 37 southwest of Eau Claire to Mondovi, and Highway 85 southwest to Durand. For a scenic hike, walk the Chippewa River State Trail which follows the Chippewa River. |
